Nutritional Table

Selection - Choose firm berries with a deep purple to blackish color.

Storage - Store them in the refrigerator and try to use them right away. They will last 2-3 days at the most.

Preparation - Don't wash until ready to eat to prevent them from getting mushy. Wash by gently running berries under cool water in a colander.
