Storage - When taking peppers
home, it is best to store them in paper, not plastic. They
will keep for about five weeks.
Preparation - Wash
and remove stems, seeds and membranes. Steam slices covered
for 4-6 minutes until crisp-tender.
To microwave: Place in 1-quart casserole with just enough
water to cling to them. Cover and microwave for 3-4 minutes
until crisp-tender, stirring once. Let stand for 2 minutes.
