for smooth, unblemished skin. Tomatoes should be a light red,
not pink (underripe) or deep red (overripe).
Storage - Store tomatoes
in a dry place out of direct sunlight, preferably in a hanging
basket. They can be refrigerated, uncovered, for up to 1 week.
